Marijuana and hemp both contain cannabinoids, but the term marijuana usually refers to the flower or bud of the marijuana (high THC) plant and is legal in about 32 states in the US. Texas in not one of them. Texas currently has a medical marijuana program that is only accessible to certain patients, not the general public.

Hemp has very little THC and will not cause your pet to be "high".

Hemp Oil and Hemp Seed oil are the same, right?

NO, they are very different. Hemp seed oil refers to the fatty acids found in the seed of hemp plant. It has no cannabinoids or terpenes and is only a source of fatty acids. Hemp Oil refers to oil made from the flower of the hemp plant and is where the “good stuff “ ie - the cannabinoids lie Cbd and the terpenes are found. Read labels carefully because this is a common marketing ploy, making customers think they are purchasing CBD when they are really buying hemp seed oil .
