By placing this order, you verify that you are over the age of 21.

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. You will be emailed once your order has been processed and tracking information will be emailed to you.

By placing this order, you verify that you understand that if you travel outside of the United States with this product, it is your responsibility to check the laws regarding hemp oil /CBD in the country of your destination.

Lost Shipments: If tracking information indicates the package was delivered to your address, that means the Postal Service has successfully delivered the package to your address, shipment was done correctly and your order will not be replaced at no charge. If your package truly has been lost (indicated via tracking information) the order will be replaced and re-shipped at no charge.

If you cannot find your package, please check with family members and neighbors, as sometimes they have the package and did not tell the intended recipient. Please check by and around your front door and mailbox and bushes to make sure the package is not hidden from view. If the USPS has truly lost your package please contact us immediately and a new order will be shipped. You will be emailed tracking information once your order is placed.

If you accidentally entered shipping information incorrectly and your package was sent to the wrong address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping an item. We will re-ship your order at no charge once the original package is returned to us.
